Hope everyone is doing great. 

Recently, I was facing issue while trying to update the SLA Triggering field. I am unable to track down the root cause of this error. 

Later, I decided to check using the Error code. Here is the link which helps to check by Error code.

It’s always good practice to check the error code and its related information if you are unable to find anything useful in the error message thrown by the system. Sometimes system gives irrelevant error message. 

For my case, User who owns the workflow doesn’t have access to the respective field. I worked on the ownership of the SLA to fix this issue.
