Happy to connect with you all through this post. Recently, we had a requirment to move the quee from old crm 2013 environemnt to the new online environment. Emails should sync from the specified date. For ex. 01/01/2020 00:00
It’s an straight forward requirment. If you have existing profile, Create a new queue and setup mailbox to use the profile. Once the email id is approved, you can see the incoming and outgoing emails status are success.
The catchy in the requirement is to get the emails from the specified date.
If you are planning to use existing exchange profile which are using by other mailboxes and Queues, try creating new profile and make use of the “Process Email From” field.
If you are setting up for the first time, make sure you were click Advanced section and setup “Process Email From” field.
